Nobody asks

Your customers are happy. You make sure the job is done right. But the reviews never come. Why?
You finish the job, the customer is delighted, and the moment passes. The one day they would have said yes is gone by the time anyone thinks to ask.
Asking once is easy. Asking every customer, then following up twice, every week, forever, is a job nobody running a small business has time for.
Google ranks local results on review count, rating and recency. A competitor on 140 reviews outranks you on 19, even when your work is better.
A profile with recent five-star reviews closes the enquiries you are already getting. Nothing else about your business has to change.
Volume, rating and recency are three of the strongest local ranking signals. A steady flow moves all three at once.
Two businesses, same price, same distance. The one with 200 reviews gets the call.
Once it is running, every completed job triggers a request on its own. You see the reviews arrive, not the work behind them.
How it works
You approve the wording once. After that the only thing you do is read the reviews.

Reply STOP to opt out
Turned up when they said they would and sorted it in an hour. No mess left behind.

Quoted honestly, no surprises on the bill. Would use again.

Came out same day for a leak. Genuinely helpful throughout.

What you get
Nothing to learn, nothing to log into, and nothing that needs you to remember it.
Connects to QuickBooks, your CRM or your job software. No spreadsheet? Send us the job book and we will take it from there.
Each message uses the customer's name and your business name, not a template that reads like a template.
A couple of gentle nudges if nothing is left, then it stops. No badgering.
New reviews get an answer in your business name, written for that review rather than pasted from a template. You approve the voice once.
Connect your accounts and new five-star reviews go out as posts to Facebook and Instagram, in your branding.
Working opt-out on every message, immediate and permanent suppression, and a sensible gap between asks.
If you have a Google Business Profile and a list of customers you have served, this works. If you already run reviews through booking software that does it for you, it probably does not — and we will tell you that on the call rather than sell you something you do not need.

If your customer list is unusually large we will say so on the call, before you commit to anything rather than after.
UK local businesses that take customer contact details as part of the job — trades and home services, clinics, instructors, pet and vehicle services. If you have a Google Business Profile and a list of past customers, it works.
No. Everything runs on our platform, and it connects to what you already use — QuickBooks, your CRM or your job-management software. If you would rather not connect anything, a spreadsheet export or even a job book is enough to start.
Yes, and staying that way is the point. We ask every customer rather than only the ones we expect to be happy, we never offer incentives for a review, and we never screen or gate anyone. Review gating breaks Google's policy and puts your existing reviews at risk. Requests are also spread over time so the pattern looks natural.
You already have a customer relationship with the people we contact, and the messages relate to the service you provided. Every message names your business and carries a working opt-out. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently, and we keep a suppression list so anyone who opts out is never contacted again.
We do, automatically. You approve the voice once at setup, and after that each reply is written for the review it answers and posted in your business name. Nothing is pasted from a template, and there is nothing for you to log into.
Nobody can stop a bad review, and any service that offers to is putting your profile at risk. Asking everyone works in your favour: a steady flow of genuine reviews lifts your average and pushes an old complaint down the page. A complaint is also the one reply worth writing yourself, calmly and in your own words — but the steady flow is what does the heavy lifting.
Days, not weeks. Once we have your customer list we write the messages in your business name, and the first batch goes out as soon as you have approved the wording.
It depends on how big your customer list is and how recent it is. We will give you an honest estimate on the demo, based on your actual numbers. We are not going to quote you a headline percentage from someone else's business.
Because a sudden spike of reviews looks unnatural to Google and can get them filtered or your profile flagged — the opposite of what you are paying for. We start with a small batch of your most recent customers, the ones most likely to remember the job, then work through the rest in waves. Slower on paper, and it is the version that sticks.
No. Monthly, no minimum term and no notice period. Cancel by email at any time and it stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing else to pay.
£99 a month, everything included. No setup fee, no tiers, no contract, and no charge per message or per review.
Google first, because Google is what decides whether you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do. Other platforms can be added later.
Websites, missed-call text-back and AI phone answering are next. Ads and SEO come after those. Reviews come first because they are the fastest thing to fix and the easiest to see working.
